The employee selection process goes through the HR department to departmental heads and finally to the general manager. The filtration process is done through various steps of interviews to ensure that only the most competitive and suitable employees are selected.

Offer letters and other recruiting correspondence from SAECO are sent from an official e-mail id and/or are printed on SAECO letterhead with authentic signatures of appropriate SAECO authorities.
We recruit people for a wide variety of skills from all over the globe. It has come to our notice that certain parties / agencies have been conducting ‘Recruitment Drives’ for fresher, job sites for employment purportedly on behalf of SAECO in exchange for a fee.
Through this announcement, we wish to caution jobseekers and educational institutions at large that these parties or persons are not affiliated to SAECO in any way. SAECO, as a policy, does not authorize external parties to conduct employment drives or extend Offers of employment on its behalf. It is also not our policy to charge or collect fees of any kind from educational institutions or from candidates for participation in a recruitment event or to receive Offers of employment.
Our Offers of employment are sent from an official e-mail ID, printed on SAECO letterhead and duly signed by the authorized signatories at SAECO. Such authentic Offers are sent by courier to the candidate’s address provided to us in the Employment Application Form.
Any person or organization dealing with unauthorized parties is doing so at their own risk. SAECO is not responsible for any losses (monetary or otherwise) that are incurred as a consequence. SAECO will also not have any obligation to provide employment to anyone who has been issued a fraudulent Offer letter, or to offer any other recourse whatsoever.
