CONTROL SYSTEMS
SAECO undertake DCIS, PLC and SCADA turbine control system upgrades for plant which comprises supply, engineering, testing & commissioning. Instrumentation system upgrades are undertaken including installation and loop checking. The nucleus of our team consists of both hardware and software experienced engineers, with focused knowledge of control systems and the specific industry requirement. Our goal is to maintain high quality workmanship and to supply the system on time and to budget.
INSTRUMENTATION LABORATORY
Calibration & repair of all leading makes of industrial instrumentation Workshop & on site with traceable transfer standards. State of art facilities with specialized units for pressure, level, flow, temperature etc.
- Repair of remote seal instruments.
- Mobile laboratory for on-site field instruments testing and calibration.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
Electrical MV & LV switchgear commissioning, ESD upgrades.
PANELS AND CABINETS ASSEMBLY
We carry out assembly of control panels and cabinets and we have the facilities for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
ON SITE SERVICES
Plant operations, preventive maintenance, control system trouble shooting & plant overhauling.
Deputation of high skilled engineers and technicians who have experience in Instrumentation & Control systems of a wide variety makes.
